Terms Of Service.

By purchasing my adopts and buying my commissions, you agree to follow the rules provided. Breaking my TOS will result in a permanent blacklist.
I have the right to refuse a request towards my work through personal reasoning.

Commissions.

• When a commission is done, you will have 24 hours to send full payment. The commission will not be sent unless payment is received. Turn-around time may be applied if asked and agreed.• The reference provided MUST be clear. It is your responsibility to provide correct colors/markings to be applied.• I only accept payments through Paypal (goods and services), Venmo, and Cashapp.• After the commission is finished, minimal changes may be applied free of charge. I will NOT do major changes after it is done.
• My artwork may be used for personal / business purposes WITH credit.• Refunds may be requested after 2 months in commission time. If the commissioner wishes to receive, please contact me.
• If I am unable to complete the commission due to personal circumstances, the commissioner will be 100% refunded if paid beforehand.• If I end up forgetting the commission all together, you will be refunded as well if asked. (I have memory problems)

Adoptables.

• Do not back out of bids/offers unless given the okay to by me.
• I allow holds for 2 DAYS. If you refuse to comply afterwards, you will be warned + temporary blacklist for 2 weeks.• I do not do trade-backs once the trade is done.• My designs may be used for business / personal use as long as NOT claim my design as your own (this includes redesigns.)• Minimal referencing is allowed, but major resemblances are NOT TOLERATED. This will cause an automatic blacklist.
